DBFA (Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance) asked me to photograph their end-of-year party, as well as take some family portraits of its members. Not only did I have a good time photographing the event, but I was proud to be part of it. I believe in DBFA’s cause: keeping families in the city by cultivating the city and actively improving urban life. Their efforts impact the community for both present and future generations of families and businesses. I love city life, love walking everywhere, love having easy access to everything from museums to boutique shops to countless dining-out options (which are way better than in the suburbs). So this project was especially gratifying.
