An earthy infusion of sage, rosemary, thyme, parsley, oregano 🌿 sauteed with autumn veggies – mushrooms 🍄, squash, carrots 🥕, onion 🧅, celery (maybe some white beans ) – drizzled with olive oil 🪔, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce (I’ll be using coconut aminos 🥥) – that folds into baked crusty French bread cubes 🥖, topped w pecans and cranberries and baked in oven! 🥘 Served with Mushroom gravy 🧉
