17 hours straight photo shoot, by the time I got home my legs was a milk shake–semi state of liquid and solid. However for 15 hours and 58 minutes (deducting 1 hour of commute) I had an amazing time documenting Amanda and Jesse’s wedding. From wedding prep to after-after party, the whole event was purple epic. I wonder if I went to a massive party or to a wedding?

I am always happy to be hired for my style over my abilities. When I talked to the Ashton last year they wanted my documentary style photography for their wedding. I was so delighted since I always wanted to apply that style to a wedding.

Erica A. wanted me to capture a mini photo documentation of her and Toby—her beloved four-legged companion. I have to say, he is one sharp dog. He was acutely aware of his surroundings and even posed for me every time I pointed my lens at him. Maybe he was a model in his previous life. Like any beloved pet, he was so excited to see her when she got home.

During the day, Erica A. works as a writer/editor at NCSDO. But after her 9 to 5, she teaches yoga around Baltimore city and is studying to be a massage therapist, while touring around the city on her bicycle. She asked me to capture some of her yoga poses for personal use.
