Creative Foundation and I collaborated on photographing hero images and head shots for Right Source Marketing‘s new upcoming website. We did the photo shoot in two sessions–one in their Virginia office and the other in Maryland. Everyone at Right Source Marketing was professional and friendly, which made the day go fast.

Dan Keebler was looking for a simple headshot for his Linkedin profile. What started out as a straight forward photo shoot turned into a good conversation session and I captured his relaxed state of being. We shoot it in his old neighborhood Butcher’s Hill in Baltimore using available light for a warm natural feeling.

Life always surprises me, how a simple “Yes” can have a huge ripple effect connecting to others beyond one’s perception. Four years ago I almost didn’t go on the multi-day trip with the guys at Hidden Canyon Kayak.The owner, Dave Panu, made it work so I could go on the trip and what an life changing experience it was. After the trip I started working for them (website and social media), befriended awesome new people every time I come out here for a yearly business trip. We go out on Lake Powell together, share food, silly stories, and play. Life is grande when you connect.

The staff of Majer Metal Works are one of the finest people one can interact with. Not only were they professional, but personable as well. Photographing their entire staff was a fun experience. After the shoot they all let loose and started to do arco-hammer work.

The guys at Majer Metal Works has been growing lately and needed new headshots of their staff for their website. One thing I wanted to do differently (in comparison to their original staff photos) was to reveal mini-character flare of everyone. Fun is always a good thing.
Papermoon Staff
For 20 years Papermoon Diner has been serving up yummy comfort food to the community of Baltimore (and beyond) with their quirky personality–their interior and exterior design says it all. To celebrate their 20th anniversary they wanted a portrait taken of all their staff members to express their gratitude for all their hard work while doing it with style and smile.

North Charles Street Design Organization (NCSDO) was updating their website and need a fresh headshot of everyone. As always it was a pleasure working with everyone at NCSDO for it brings back good memories when I used to work there.
NWSA – National Women’s Studies Association
Few weeks ago I had an opportunity to photograph the review chair meeting for the National Women’s Studies Association. Their organization is national in scope, thus this was a rare opportunity for their leadership to be in the same room. The photography consisted of candid work photos and then a handful of headshot. The meeting took place in their national office her in Baltimore.

NCSDO Staff
At North Charles Street Design Organization (NCSDO) I have the pleasure of photographing portraits of all the bright and witty staff members. We start out proper then gradually everyone’s quirky side just came out and it becomes hilarious. We took photos not only in the office, but in iconic areas of Baltimore that represents each staff members. From Raven’s stadium, Federal Hill Park, Brewer’s Hill, Edgar Allan Poe’s house, and Mount Vernon Park to name a few.
